Some times when things get dark we have to create our own paths of life.
Meditation (Prayer) How ever you feel comfortable. We all should tap into our inner strength. Take time in our busy lives to just let the stress & problems that may plague our daily lives melt away.
Take 5 to 10 minutes to just relax. Take deep breaths, close your eyes, & clear your mind. Visualize a place of calm & peace. Envision your self there & If you're religious thank a higher power for all the blessings you do have. The problems will still be there after you meditate. How ever you will find that you can think more clearly & perhaps find better solutions when you take time to appreciate the positive & bring your self to a place of peace mentally.
