MOTIVATION

THIS IS THE LOVE FOCUS/MOTIVATION

In this section we applaud & celebrate the determination & dedication people have to change their lives for the better.  It takes focus & great inner strength to understand that you are all you truly need to mold & shape your life.

Listen to these beautiful words of inspiration and encouragement. You have to understand a few things in life to be happy and successful. 1st have that connection to the higher power. 2nd understand that God helps those who help themselves. 3rd Know that you through the positive love & energy that God provides are capable of achieving all you aspire to.

This is my love Focus for this week. She is living proof that you can do this. All you have to do is commit to it. Stay focused. Have determination & find something in your life that motivated you.

INSPIRATIONAL

Sylvester Stallone at age 62 still working hard. The key is focus determination & to have the mentality that no excuse is worth not achieving your goal. You cant use age or lack of knowledge about fitness as an excuse.

You can read, watch videos & learn how to do this. You can learn about proper dieting. The main thing is doing it. Just do it.

This guy here is CT Fletcher. He had open heart surgery & has to take 10 different medications to live. This is b/c when he was younger he didn't know about proper nutrition. How ever regardless of his obstacles. He trains & now with the knowledge of proper nutrition still has the determination & motivation to stay in shape & healthy. Very inspirational. Its never too late to live Smart.

NO EXCUSES!!! I HAD TO DO a extra 100 push ups after watching this. And I already worked out today lol. I mean damn this is inspirational. STOP LYING TO YOUR SELF & MAKING EXCUSES. LETS GET TO WORK!!!
